Mechanical Assembler
Location: Estero, FL
Pay: $17–$18/hour
Schedule: Full-time
Position Overview
We are looking for a reliable and mechanically inclined Mechanical Assembler to join our team in Fort Myers. In this role, you will assemble mechanical components, route plumbing and conduit, and help build high‑quality systems in a fast-paced, hands-on production environment. The ideal candidate has previous experience with plumbing and conduit installation and enjoys working with tools and mechanical systems.
Key Responsibilities
Assemble mechanical components and systems following drawings, blueprints, and work instructions
Install, route, and secure plumbing and conduit as part of complete mechanical assemblies
Use hand and power tools safely and effectively to complete daily tasks
Inspect assemblies for quality, accuracy, and proper functionality
Perform basic testing or verification of completed components
Maintain an organized, safe, and clean work environment
Adhere to all company safety guidelines, procedures, and production standards
Qualifications
Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to understand and interpret technical drawings
Experience installing plumbing or conduit (residential, commercial, or industrial experience accepted)
Proficiency with common hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for long periods
Detail‑oriented, safety‑focused, and able to troubleshoot minor issues
High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr.
