Job Description
As an electrician, you will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems and equipment. You will read and interpret electrical drawings and circuit diagrams to perform preventative and predictive maintenance. Your role involves working with Rockwell PLCs and PowerFlex drives, recording maintenance activities in SAP, and ensuring safety compliance, including LOTO procedures. Collaboration with supervisors and team members to improve equipment uptime is essential.
Responsibilities
Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems and equipment.
Read and interpret electrical drawings and circuit diagrams.
Perform preventative and predictive maintenance.
Work with Rockwell PLCs and PowerFlex drives.
Record maintenance activities in SAP.
Ensure safety compliance, including LOTO procedures.
Collaborate with supervisors and team to improve equipment uptime.
Essential Skills
Certificate of Qualifications (309A OR 442A)
Experience with Rockwell PLC & Drive systems, PowerFlex.
Ability to install, repair, and maintain industrial electrical systems.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical drawings and circuit diagrams.
Experience installing conduit, wiring, control panels, relays, and breakers.
Ability to troubleshoot faults using test equipment.
Capability to lift 60+ lbs.
Experience with SAP CMMS for preventative and corrective maintenance.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in steel manufacturing or heavy industrial environments.
Familiarity with high-voltage systems.
Experience with automation, robotics, or motion control.
Advanced PLC programming skills.

Work Environment
You will work in a heavy industrial manufacturing plant with continental shifts, including weekends. The environment includes exposure to noise, heat, moving machinery, and elevated working areas. This hands-on, fast-paced setting requires strong teamwork, collaboration with maintenance and production teams, and a commitment to safety and innovation. Shifts rotate on a schedule of Tuesday, Wednesday / Saturday - Monday / Thursday, Friday from 7 AM to 7 PM.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $83928.00 - $120640.00/yr.
