This is an onsite position requiring the team member to be onsite.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Disciplinary and operational leadership of the shift and further development of employees
Workforce planning and machine allocation
Implementation of an open communication culture
Monitoring and enforcement of standards related to quality, GMP, Lean, regulatory compliance, documentation, and KPIs
Manufacturing or processing of materials
Supplying machines with raw materials
Ensuring proper shift handover
Participation in projects (e.g., introduction of new technologies)
Training and supporting (new) employees according to TWI principles
Education
- Successfully completed vocational training
Work Experience
A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a production environment, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector
Initial leadership experience is desirable
Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Certified TWI trainer or willingness to obtain this qualification
Good knowledge of SAP and MS Office
Fluent German, both written and spoken; English skills are an advantage
Successfully completed Lean and Six Sigma training (Yellow Belt) or willingness to complete the training
Strong awareness of safety, quality, and responsibility
Structured planning and independent, goal-oriented working style
High level of commitment and willingness to drive change
Ability to inspire and motivate others
Ability to work in a fully continuous shift system
