Inventory Coordinator, Erlanger, KY
This is an hourly level position.
Position Summary:
- The inventory coordinator position is responsible for in-depth investigation of missing material, inventory variances, location reconciliations, product label changes, executing workflows, and other surrounding inventory tasks.
Job Responsibilities:
Actively researching and maintaining “Cycle” locations
Tracking lost material utilizing AS400 and Microsoft Excel spreadsheets
Tracking label changes/workflows in Microsoft Excel spreadsheets
Research and identify inventory balance issues
Run Empty location reports
Responsible for assigned weekly and monthly product counts
Follow ISO instructions
Change Item workflow’s
Contribute to team effort by performing other duties and assignments as required
Semi-frequent travel between Erlanger facilities
Periodically perform cycle count duties if required
Job Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Intermediate math calculations
Microsoft Excel/Office tools
Very High level of attention to detail
Ability to adapt, multitask and effectively communicate
Fork Truck/Standup/Cherry picker experience
Willingness to travel between local Erlanger facilities (20-25%)
Physical Demands:
Standing
Walking
Lifting – an average of 50lbs
Potential for respirator use
Stand Up and Cherry picker fork truck use

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.
