Job Description:
Informatica MDM Administrator Lead, Archer Daniels Midland Company, Erlanger, KY. Administer,
maintain, and support the Informatica MDM environment. Install, configure, and upgrade Informatica
MDM and related components. Perform day-to-day administration tasks, including monitoring,
troubleshooting, and performance tuning of the MDM environment. Collaborate with data integration
teams to ensure seamless data flow and integration with other systems. Implement and manage security
policies, roles, and access controls within the MDM environment. Develop and maintain backup and
recovery procedures to ensure data integrity and availability. Monitor system performance and resolve
issues to ensure optimal system performance. Apply patches and updates to the MDM environment to
keep the system up-to-date and secure. Maintain comprehensive documentation of the MDM
environment, including system configurations, processes, and procedures. Provide support to end-users
and stakeholders.
40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information
Technology or a related technical field, and three (3) years of related work experience.
Must have three (3) years of experience with/in:
• Informatica MDM installation, configuration, and administration;
• Informatica Data Quality installation, configuration, and administration;
• SQL and database management systems, including Oracle, and SQL Server; and
• Configuring WebLogic.
Must have one (1) year of experience with/in:
• Administering Informatica MDM or similar MDM platforms.
Telecommuting permitted one (1) day per week.

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.
If hired, employees will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
