A growing company is seeking a Sales & Marketing Operations Coordinator with a 4-year degree in Marketing, Sales, or Business Administration and 5--7 years of related experience in sales support, marketing, or administrative operations.
- This role supports sales and marketing efforts while assisting with customer communication, CRM management, reporting, and administrative coordination. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, quick to learn, and eager to contribute new ideas and solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Support sales and marketing initiatives
Communicate with customers via phone and email
Maintain and update CRM records and data
Assist with reports, presentations, and marketing materials
Provide general administrative and operational support
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, or Business Administration
5--7 years of related experience in sales, marketing, or administrative roles
Strong communication and organizational skills
Comfortable with technology, CRM systems, and office software
