UPMC Non-Invasive Cardiologist in Erie, Pennsylvania

Regional Health Services, Inc. seeks Non-Invasive Cardiologists (Multiple Openings) for work in Erie County, McKean County, Venango County, Mercer County, and Warren County locations. Diagnose and treat heart-related issues, such as coronary artery disease, without the need for surgical interventions; use techniques such as electrocardiograms to capture the heart's electrical activity and echocardiography to create detailed images of the heart to offer insights into various heart conditions, from abnormalities in blood pressure to issues causing chest pain.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and treat heart-related issues, such as coronary artery disease, without the need for surgical interventions;

  • Use techniques such as electrocardiograms to capture the heart's electrical activity and echocardiography to create detailed images of the heart to offer insights into various heart conditions, from abnormalities in blood pressure to issues causing chest pain.

  • Must have a Medical degree (M.D., D.O.) or equivalent;

  • Completion of residency in Internal Medicine,

  • Completion of fellowship in Cardiovascular Disease.

  • Must be Board certified in Internal Medicine;

  • Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible for certification in Cardiovascular Disease, Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology, or Interventional Cardiology.

  • Must have a valid unrestricted PA medical license or eligibility.

  • Some telecommuting permissible/telemedicine coverage.
