This Opportunity
WSP is currently seeking an Assistant Vice President of Procurement Solutions & Operational Excellence to join our team. The position can be based out of any WSP US office location. This is a strategic role responsible for automation, data integration, reporting infrastructure, and operational efficiency across Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Subcontracting, Vendor Management, Fleet, and Asset Management. Focused on accelerating billing cycles, improving cost transparency, enabling data-driven decision-making, and increased procurement value delivery.
Your Impact
Design and implement procurement automation solutions
Integrate operational systems via APIs (Samsara, Holman, Smartsheet, etc.)
Support development of executive dashboards (Power BI) for procurement KPIs
Support CLM implementation and process optimization
Accelerate billing cycle velocity and cost allocation transparency
Build supplier performance analytics and vendor management reporting
Support Federal and Commercial Subcontracting workflow optimization
Develop business-line level reporting to enable performance benchmarking
Support category management through spend analytics and reporting
Partner with internal reporting teams to define and track KPIs
Identify automation opportunities that reduce manual workload
Support billable project work when applicable
Enhance the regional team's access to real-time data from both global and regional data centers
Support simplification of US Federal Government and related procurement processes
Who You Are
Required Qualifications:
Technical Qualifications
10+ years of related experience
Bachelors degree or equivalent
Experience with API integrations (Samsara, Holman, Smartsheet or similar platforms)
Advanced POWER BI expertise
Strong data modeling and reporting design capability
Project management experience
Expertise implementing automation in operational environments
Understanding of procurement and subcontracting workflows

Compensation:
Expected Salary (all locations): $106,300.00 - $189,310.00
WSP USA is providing the compensation range that the company in good faith believes it might pay and offer for this position, based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities in addition to internal equity and specific geographic location. WSP USA reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant’s sex or other status protected by local, state, and/or federal law.
Expected Salary (Colorado only): $106,300.00 - $177,760.00
