What You'll Be Doing
Safely operate a bulldozer to move, grade, and shape material.
Perform pre‑shift inspections and report maintenance needs.
Collaborate with teammates to support efficient site operations.
Follow all safety guidelines and contribute to a strong safety culture.
Maintain accurate logs and communicate operational updates.
What We Are Looking For
Proven ability to operate heavy equipment safely and effectively.
Strong awareness of surroundings and commitment to safety protocols.
Ability to read site plans, follow directions, and adapt to changing conditions.
Capability to perform equipment inspections and identify basic mechanical issues.
Dependability, teamwork, and clear communication skills.
Conditions of Employment
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check.
Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
