Creative Circle, LLC Workday Integrations Consultant - HCM, Human Capital Management in Englewood, Colorado

Our Telecommunications client is seeking a Workday Integrations Consultant to join their team for the next 3 months, 40 hours/week. This role is onsite 5 days a week in Englewood, CO. 

Role Summary

Seeking a Workday Integration Consultant to design, develop, test, and implement integration solutions between the Workday platform and internal/external systems. This role ensures seamless data flow across HR, finance, and other business functions, while collaborating with stakeholders and vendors to deliver scalable, reliable integrations.

Top Must Have Skills

Expertise in Workday Studio, EIB, and Workday APIs

Proficiency in web services (XML, JSON, SOAP, REST)

Minimum 5 years of experience in Workday integrations

Additional Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Experience working with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors

Ability to create and maintain technical documentation

Responsibilities

Gather and translate business requirements into technical specifications

Design and build integrations using Workday tools and APIs

Configure, test, and deploy integration solutions

Troubleshoot and resolve integration-related issues

Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors

Document integration designs, processes, and best practices

Train client resources to support integrations post go-live

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
