Job Summary and Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced and driven Manager to help standardize best practices with day-to-day operational and administrative functions across our service line teams. In this role, you will serve as a key operational leader, ensuring program efficiency, financial accountability, and continuous quality improvement across our healthcare delivery teams.
As our IT Clinical Admin Applications Manager, you will strategically manage processes, projects, and resources tied to our clinical administrative applications. You will be instrumental in supervising staff and ensuring the seamless operation and evolution of these critical systems.
Every day you will oversee the daily operations of clinical administrative applications, including policy implementation, service enhancements, budget management, and providing expert technical guidance. You will also represent the IT Site Director in various organizational functions and meetings, contributing to broader IT initiatives.
To be successful in this role, you will effectively manage all aspects of the clinical administrative application lifecycle, from development to ongoing support, ensuring alignment with our operational needs. Your leadership in managing staff, evaluating program efficacy, and expertly executing tactical projects will be paramount to your success.
Monthly operating reports — Prepare, analyze, and present monthly operating reports to leadership, highlighting trends, variances, and actionable insights.
Staffing oversight — Manage staffing plans, scheduling, and workforce allocation to ensure optimal coverage and compliance with organizational requirements.
Process improvements & standardization — Identify operational gaps and lead initiatives to standardize workflows, improve efficiency, and reduce variability across clinical and administrative teams.
Budget management — Develop, monitor, and manage program budgets in collaboration with finance, ensuring fiscal responsibility and alignment with organizational goals.
Dashboards & metrics — Build and maintain operational dashboards to track KPIs, program performance, and quality metrics; present findings to stakeholders regularly.
Invoicing — Oversee invoicing processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with payer and contractual requirements.
Program review updates — Coordinate and communicate program review updates across investment projects, to ensure alignment and timely follow-through on action items.
NRES/IMO coordination — Serve as the TPA point of contact for NRES (National Real Estate Initiatives and IMO (Integration Management Office) activities, ensuring proper documentation, compliance, and cross-functional coordination.
Supervises staff including prioritizing and assigning work; assisting in the conducting of performance evaluations; ensuring staff is trained; ensuring that employees follow policies and procedures; maintaining a safe working environment.
Serves as a liaison with internal departments, executives, external organizations and public representatives. Represents the organization at a variety of meetings, public events, on committees, and/or other related events regarding services, programs, projects and facilities.
Prepares, reviews, interprets, and analyzes a variety of information, data, and reports. Recommends and implements tactical procedures to improve operational effectiveness and enhancements to services or programs.

Minimum of five (5) years of relevant technical and business experience and
Minimum of three (3) years healthcare operations or program management
Experience supervising and building relationships with people at a variety of levels and
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data to diverse audiencesFamiliarity with NRES/IMO frameworks a strong plus

Pay Range
$60.24 - $89.60 /hour
