Hybrid 4 onsite / 1 work from home in Englewood, CO
The Project Manager I will coordinate tasks, timelines, and communications across business and technical stakeholders to support mobile product initiatives. The role requires 3 to 5 years of project management experience, strong organization, and clear communication to keep deliverables on track. The PM will collaborate with engineering, product, design, and QA while escalating risks and ensuring alignment with business goals. An experienced technical program leader will provide guidance on best practices, strategy, and governance.
Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.
Rate: $45.00 to $55.00/hr. w2
Responsibilities:
Support the planning and execution of mobile product initiatives, ensuring activities align with business goals.
Develop and maintain project documentation including schedules, status reports, action items, and risk logs.
Coordinate cross-functional meetings, capture notes, track follow-ups, and ensure consistent and clear communication.
Partner with engineering, product, design, and QA teams to monitor progress, identify risks or roadblocks, and escalate issues when appropriate.
Assist in preparing project updates and presentations for leadership and other key stakeholders.
Contribute to continuous improvement by adopting processes and tools recommended by senior program leadership.
Support alignment across technical and business teams, keeping customer experience central to decisions.
Work closely with senior program leadership to understand and apply best practices for project execution.
Experience Requirements:
3 to 5 years of project management or project coordination experience, preferably in technology, mobile, or digital product environments.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills with consistent follow-through on commitments.
