Kelly Services Production Operator in Englewood, Colorado

Job Title: Production Operator/ Matrial Handler

Location: Englewood, CO 80110

Pay: $22/hour

Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 6:00 am to 4:30 pm (4 x 10-hour days), with overtime on Fridays until the workload is caught up.

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated Production Operator I to join our team. This position is responsible for loading 20ft aluminum panels into a machine for powder coating. While the lifting is not typically heavy, candidates must be able to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally. This is an entry-level role, with opportunities for cross-training and advancement within our production process.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Load and unload aluminum panels into the powder coating machine.

  • Conduct quality control checks on panels at the end of the process.

  • Work as part of a 2-person team, rotating duties with the Feeder position during shifts.

  • Opportunity to train in other production areas for career progression.

Requirements:

  • Some manufacturing experience preferred.

  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.

  • Willingness to work in a non-climate-controlled environment.

  • Must wear steel-toe or composite-toe boots/shoes (safety glasses provided).

  • Must pass a 10-panel rapid urine drug test.

  • Must successfully complete a background check with no violent convictions, major recent theft charges, or sexual assault convictions.
