Job Description:
Job Summary
We are seeking a Product Manager to join our expanding team. This role focuses on ideating, planning, and writing requirements for enhancements to the customer portal, which includes buy flow, webmail, mobile, and more. You will not work directly with development teams---instead, you'll build pre-packaged feature plans that are handed off to other product teams for implementation. This is a strategic, cross-functional role offering a holistic view of the portal's ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Map and analyze user journeys across account types to identify pain points and improvement opportunities
- Analyze customer and employee feedback data to guide product enhancements
- Collaborate with UX to define enhancements and create wireframes/mockups
- Build feature proposals for leadership including problem statements, solution options, and supporting data
- Gather updates from stakeholders on current features and production requirements
- Partner with testing and Service Reliability engineers to monitor and improve platform performance
Qualifications
Required Experience
- 3--5+ years of experience in product management or related field
- Experience working with external customer-facing tools
- Background in large enterprise environments
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and cross-functional collaboration
- Proficiency in JIRA and comfort with reporting/tracking tools
