Camping World Member Services Sales Manager in Englewood, Colorado
Overview
The Member Services Sales Manager is based on-site in Englewood, CO and serves as the primary tactical leader responsible for the daily execution and performance of the inbound Member Services Sales team. This role translates leadership strategy into measurable revenue by driving conversion rates, increasing average order value (AOV), and achieving sales targets across subscription-based protection programs (Roadside Assistance, TravelAssist, Tire & Wheel) and loyalty offerings. Success in this role requires hands-on sales coaching, strong performance management, and the ability to build a high-energy, accountable team culture.

They possess strong analytical skills to review performance data rapidly and make immediate tactical adjustments, demonstrating resilience and an unwavering commitment to achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Coaching
Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Advisors and Lead Advisors in a high-volume inbound contact center.
Execute a consistent coaching cadence including 1:1s, live call monitoring, and real-time feedback focused on upselling, objection handling, and closing.
Identify performance gaps using key metrics and implement targeted coaching and development plans.
Drive a high-performance culture through daily huddles, recognition, and sales incentives.
Performance & KPI Management
Own team performance against core KPIs: Conversion Rate, AOV/Revenue, and Transfers.
Monitor real-time dashboards and adjust tactics to optimize results.
Manage intraday operations to align staffing, performance, and call volume with targets.
Reinforce behaviors that drive long-term customer value, including auto-renew and multi-year subscriptions.
Operational Execution
Maintain a visible presence on the sales floor to drive engagement, accountability, and results.
Provide in-the-moment coaching and intervention during live calls.
Act as a player-coach by supporting escalations and closing complex sales as needed.
Talent Management
Manage full employee lifecycle including hiring, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
Execute performance improvement plans and corrective actions when necessary.
Partner with Talent Acquisition to attract and hire top sales talent.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Training, QA, and Marketing to improve sales effectiveness.
Provide frontline insights to leadership to inform strategy and remove barriers.
Support and direct Lead Advisors to extend coaching and team oversight.
Qualifications
Experience:
3+ years of sales experience with 2+ years in a people leadership role
Experience in a high-volume, metrics-driven sales environment required
Inbound contact center leadership experience strongly preferred
Work Environment Requirement:
Must be able to work on-site in Englewood, CO 4–5 days per week
Role requires in-person leadership, including live coaching and floor management
Sales & Coaching Expertise:
Proven ability to coach teams to exceed sales targets
Strong background in consultative selling, upselling, and service-to-sales conversion
Data-driven approach to performance management
Analytical & Operational Skills:
Ability to interpret performance data and take immediate action
Experience managing real-time operations and intraday adjustments
Leadership & Communication:
Strong communication and motivational leadership skills
Ability to drive accountability and deliver performance feedback effectively
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency with CRM systems, telephony/ACD platforms, and reporting tools

The pay range for this role considers several factors in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Camping World, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the factors stated. A reasonable estimate of the current range is listed below.
Pay Range:
$66,200.00-$101,500.00 Annual
