Overview of the Role

Our client, a full-service in-house ad agency, is seeking a Digital Production Designer to support the development and execution of high-quality digital assets across a wide range of platforms. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented creative professional who excels at pixel-perfect production work, adapts designs across multiple specifications, and maintains strong organization and quality standards. The designer will collaborate with cross-functional partners while navigating shifting priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

The Basics
  • Duration: 2-3 month assignment
  • Hours: 40 hours per week
  • Location Requirements: Onsite in Englewood, CO
Top 3 Required Qualifications
  1. 3+ years of experience in a digital production design role with proven ability to produce a high volume of digital assets
  2. Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Acrobat with a strong understanding of digital design principles
  3. Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management, including consistent file naming, structured asset organization, and accurate time tracking
Other Qualifications
  • Ability to interpret vendor ad specification guides and apply requirements accurately
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong communication skills and ability to shift priorities quickly
  • Resourceful, inquisitive, and process-oriented mindset
  • Familiarity with design libraries and component-based workflows
  • Technical aptitude and willingness to suggest process improvements
  • Experience with image retouching, email marketing platforms, or motion design is a plus
Key Responsibilities
  • Produce digital assets across a wide range of dimensions and formats, applying design thinking to adapt layouts as needed
  • Interpret vendor-provided ad specification guides and ensure deliverables are compliant
  • Make layout adjustments including hierarchy refinements, text updates, image selection, cropping, and related tasks
  • Use Figma design libraries to maintain consistent component usage
  • Follow established file naming conventions and organization systems
  • Prepare and clean new logos for production use
  • Maintain accurate time tracking for all assigned tasks
  • Audit files and perform quality checks as needed
  • Communicate project needs, updates, and issues clearly and promptly
  • Support workflow and process improvements
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
