Express Employment Professionals of Centennial and Castle Rock is hiring a Technical Customer Support & Product Specialist for a technology-focused organization. This role supports customers with software, product functionality, troubleshooting, onboarding, and system navigation. The ideal candidate is highly technical, patient, and able to explain complex concepts in a clear, user-friendly way.
Job Highlights:
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and video.
- Assist users with product functionality, system access, configuration, and best practices.
- Troubleshoot software, hardware, and network-related issues using diagnostic methods.
- Document issues and resolutions in the CRM/ticketing system.
- Escalate complex problems to engineering or senior support when needed.
- Track open tickets and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
- Support onboarding and setup for new users.
- Assist the sales team with product demos and pre-sales technical support.
What We Look For:
- 1--3 years of customer support, help desk, or technical support experience.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Familiarity with software interfaces, document management concepts, databases, or basic SQL.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
- Experience using CRM platforms, ticketing systems, or remote support tools.
- Problem-solving mindset and high sense of accountability.
Willingness to assist with various areas of the business in a small-team environment.
