A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Creative Project Manager

Position Type: Full-Time, Contract

Duration: 8 months + Possible Extension

Location: Englewood, CO Hybrid

As a Creative Project Manager, you will do:

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and strategic Creative Project Manager to oversee the successful execution of creative projects across client accounts. This role serves as the key connection point between clients and internal creative teams, ensuring projects are well-scoped, efficiently managed, and delivered on time while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary liaison between client stakeholders and internal creative teams, ensuring clear, consistent, and proactive communication

Manage the intake, vetting, and prioritization of creative briefs to ensure alignment with strategic goals and execution readiness

Oversee day-to-day client account management, including scheduling, tracking project progress, and managing deliverable timelines

Facilitate client meetings and presentations; provide detailed recaps, gather and translate feedback, and define clear next steps

Use project management platforms such as HIVE (transitioning to Airtable) to manage tasks, timelines, and resources effectively

Coordinate cross-functional teams across design, copywriting, and development to ensure smooth collaboration and project execution

Lead capacity planning, resource allocation, and project forecasting to support operational efficiency

Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including workflows, status updates, and decision logs

Continuously evaluate and improve internal processes to support scalability and organizational growth

Provide administrative support, including meeting coordination and management of internal systems and tools

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field

4-6 years of experience in project and/or account management, preferably within a creative agency or marketing organization

Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Proficiency with project management software; experience with HIVE and/or Airtable is a strong plus

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment

Experience supporting both digital and print marketing initiatives is preferred

Strong attention to detail, strategic mindset, and ability to translate information into actionable plans

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range*: $40 - $44 per hour

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
