Creative Circle, LLC Program Manager (nonprofit) in Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey

Our client, a nonprofit organization in Englewood, NJ, is seeking a Program Manager to join their team until March 30th. This role averages 37 hours/week and will report to the Deputy Director. This role will mainly be onsite at first with the potential to be more hybrid once performance is established.Program Manager Responsibilities:- Oversees volunteer scheduling, placement, and software systems- Ensures coverage during evenings/weekends and communicates operational updates- Develops volunteer opportunities and coordinates with site managers to meet staffing needs- Manages volunteer database, tracks hours, and prepares reports- Plans recognition events and documents student volunteer service- Leads client's "Home Delivery Program" and "Organic Garden", including scheduling, reporting, and budget tracking- Builds and manages partnerships with hospitals, community groups, and corporate sponsors- Organizes Days of Service for schools, civic groups, and businesses- Attends and supports all client events, including non-traditional hoursProgram Manager Requirements:- Bachelors degree- Minimum of 3-5 years of program management experience- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Bloomerang preferred).- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills- Passion for community service and nonprofit workIn this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
