Creative Circle, LLC Program Coordinator in Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey
Our client is the CSR team of a global tech leader seeking a Marketing/PR Coordinator, known as the Program Coordinator of the company's corporate citizenship program. This is a 3-month, 40 hours/week assignment with possible extension that will be onsite 5 days/week (nonnegotiable) in the Northern NJ office.The Program Coordinator will:- Ensure all project tasks are completed on time and aligned with the objective; alert managers of any at-risk open items- Support broader team on high priority events and community impact activities- Support the collaboration with internal communications team to elevate the program- Collect and document contract and invoices for all partnerships- Support the development of post-event and other summary reports- Manage the program mailbox and website; collaborate with agency partners and developers to ensure timely updates- Submit and maintain all contracts and invoices, highlighting any pending items or risks- Maintain team process manuals and templates- Coordinate events in platform- Conduct research to support program objectives- Maintain program lists and reporting- Perform administrative tasks (maintain distribution and contact lists, process invoices, etc.)The Program Coordinator must have:- 2+ years of related experience in marketing/communications project coordination/planning/execution- Proficiency in MS Office, including experience with database management and knowledge of pivot tables and reporting in Excel- Strong organization skills for budget tracking and on-time legal and finance workflows- Ability to clearly communicate and develop and maintain working relationships internal senior staff members across multiple levels of the organization and external partners - Degree (preferably in Business, Marketing, PR or similar field)Bonus:- Interest in CSR, Corporate Citizenship, or Community Impact, etc.- Familiarity with STEM/education programsIn this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
