Customer Service Representative (Financial)
Location: 100% Remote
Schedule: Monday–Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm EST | 9:30am - 6:00pm EST | 9:30am - 6:00pm EST
Pay Rate: $20/hour (paid weekly) + benefits
Position Overview:
We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Remote Customer Service Representatives to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals passionate about helping others, especially those with experience in customer service within the financial services or healthcare industries.
Qualifications
A candidate that has strong customer service experience in a financial services industry is desired.
2-3+ years of customer service experience either over the phones or face to face
In lieu of CSR experience, they would also consider candidates with a Bachelor's degree
Type 7,000+ KPH
Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service via phone and digital channels
Accurately input data while engaging with customers
Address inquiries related to insurance, claims, billing, and healthcare services
Maintain strong performance in a fast-paced call center environment
Meet attendance and call metric expectations
Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive, supportive culture
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Enfield, CT.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
