ManpowerGroup Machine Technician in Endicott, New York
Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Machine Technician to join their team. As a Machine Technician, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Machine Technician
Location: Endicott, NY
Pay Range: 22.00-30.00/hr based on experience
Shift: 8-12 hour shifts, full-time
What's the Job?
Install, troubleshoot, and repair production equipment to ensure optimal operation
Perform routine preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and improve efficiency
Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize machine performance and productivity
Read schematics and technical documentation to accurately diagnose issues
Support testing and verification processes during machine operation
What's Needed?
High school diploma or equivalent
At least 4 years of experience as a maintenance technician or similar role
Proficiency with hand tools and ability to read schematics and technical documentation
Strong troubleshooting skills and mechanical aptitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
