Description
We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead and strengthen quality systems across our North American operations.
This is a strategic, process-driven role focused on:
Leading ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 implementation and certification
Managing supplier quality, factory audits, and AQL inspections
Overseeing incoming goods inspections
Driving CAPA and continuous improvement initiatives
Supporting internal, external, and customer audits
Most production is with external manufacturing partners, making supplier quality management and international travel key components of the role.

Requirements
What we’re looking for:
Strong garment manufacturing QA experience
Hands-on ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 expertise
Solid knowledge of AQL and factory audit practices
Experience working with global supply chains
Structured, accountable, and cross-functional communicator
