What You’ll Be Doing
Assist with payroll processing and data entry
Maintain employee payroll records
Verify hours, wages, and deductions
Support payroll reporting and documentation
Respond to employee payroll questions
Assist with onboarding payroll setup
Ensure compliance with payroll procedures
Maintain organized records and files
Requirements
1–3 years of payroll or administrative experience
Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
Proficiency in Excel and payroll systems
Ability to manage deadlines
Strong communication skills
Organized and reliable
