ManpowerGroup Production Associate in Emlenton, Pennsylvania
Our client, a leader in engineered building components, is seeking a dedicated Production Associate to join their team. As a Production Associate, you will be an essential part of the manufacturing process, supporting the production of high-quality roof and floor joists that meet safety and durability standards. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.
Job Title: Production Associate
Location: Emlenton, PA
Pay Range: $18/hr
Shift: Monday through Friday, 6 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. (currently working 6 a.m. to 4 p.m.)
What's the Job?
Assist in the production of engineered floor and roofing joists, ensuring quality and safety standards are met
Lift and handle raw materials weighing up to 50 pounds efficiently and safely
Assemble components accurately according to specifications and read measurement tools such as rulers
Support the manufacturing team in maintaining a clean and organized work environment
Follow safety protocols and company policies to promote a safe workplace for all team members
What's Needed?
No prior experience required; training provided on the job
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks consistently
Good reading and measurement skills, including reading a ruler
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to work Monday through Friday during scheduled hours
