General Description:
Senior Data Management Systems Admin will be responsible for performing admin activities for Data Management systems as well as support with automation of EDC Admin activities using AI, ML and application automation strategies.
Essential Functions of the Job:
Act as Data Management systems supporting EDC, Oracle LSHG/DMW as well as internal Data Management Systems
Manage user, site and subject administration for assigned clinical trials
Develop and maintain user access management documents to maintain compliance
Collaborate with R&D data governance groups and IT groups in implementation of MDM and downstream processes that impact data management systems
Leverage AI tools throughout the development lifecycle and play an active role in determining how these tools can best support the team
2+ years’ experience with SQL and relational databases.
2+ years’ experience with Oracle LSH/DMW business admin activities
Review ETL jobs and address any technical issues working with technical groups
Support User Acceptance Testing on Data management system upgrades, patches and integrations
Provide oversight of Help Desk Support Management by being an internal escalation point for reviewing and providing feedback on help desk tickets
Perform all other related duties as assigned
Education Required:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related technical field, or equivalent working experience
4+ years of related experience in biotech/pharmaceutical environment
Other Qualifications:
Fluent in English both for verbal and written
Ability to work independently, under pressure meeting tight deadlines, demonstrating high level of initiative and flexibility
Excellent organizational and analytical skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Proven problem-solving skills
Demonstrated knowledge of clinical and pharmaceutical drug development process
Experience of clinical databases, clinical data management systems and electronic data capture (EDC)
Knowledge and understanding of clinical database design / study build / data validation and system interoperability
Competent with project management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with internal groups and external partners
Ability to work in a global team environment
Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management
