Graveyard LPN / RN are needed for a Nursing Home in Emery County, UT.
Nurses are responsible for wound care and controlling Infections, recognizing Residents' symptoms, recording and reporting, medication management, provide measures for symptom alleviation, creating Care Plans and collaborate with Professionals to optimize Residents' comfort.
Our RN Positions require:
- Nursing Degree
- Pass Background Check
- Pass the NCLEX-RN exam
- Meet all State Licensing requirements
- Minimum Education required- Associate's Degree
- CPR (BLS for Healthcare Provider) and AED certification.
High School Diploma or GED
Our LPN Positions require:
- Pass Background Check
- Pass the NCLEX-PN Exam
- Meet all State Licensing requirements
- Completing an accredited Practical Nursing Certificate Program
- CPR (BLS for Healthcare Provider) and AED certification.
High School Diploma or GED
