Description We are looking for a dedicated Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a contract basis in Elyria, Ohio. This role involves accurately entering and processing data within a fast-paced environment. The position offers flexible working hours and provides the opportunity to contribute to our operations for a duration of approximately two weeks to one month.
Responsibilities:
• Input and maintain accurate numeric and textual data into computer systems.
• Verify and correct errors in data entries to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Collaborate with the processing team to meet daily and weekly data entry goals.
• Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
• Organize and categorize data for easy retrieval and reporting.
• Follow established procedures and guidelines for data entry tasks.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding task progress.
• Utilize computer systems and software to perform data entry efficiently.
• Participate in team meetings to address workflow improvements and updates.
• Adapt to flexible working hours while maintaining productivity. Requirements • Proficiency in numeric and computer data entry tasks.
• Strong typing skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Familiarity with data entry software and tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Effective communication skills for team collaboration.
• Previous experience in a data entry role is preferred.
• Capacity to handle contract assignments with focus and reliability.
• High level of confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
