Compensation

$67,392 / year (NON CDL)

$72,392 / year (CDL)

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Deliver Customer Service: Provide premium service in residential, commercial, and retail areas

Drive Growth: Open new small format retail sales accounts

Develop Accounts: Sell the full product portfolio and follow pricing and promotion guidelines

Monitor Competition: Keep an eye on the competitive environment and leverage sales opportunities

Upsell Products: Upsell additional products and services, achieving monthly acquisition goals

Maintain Professionalism: Adhere to safety policies, report incidents, maintain a clean commercial motor vehicle (CMV) driving record, and support your team

Qualifications

Qualifications

Skills Needed: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience. Obtain/maintain CDL Class B with airbrake endorsement (we can assist). Strong sales skills, and ability to work independently in various weather conditions.

Driving Record: No major offenses (e.g., DUI/DWI, reckless driving); No more than 2 moving violations; and no suspensions or revocations in the last 3 years and 21+ years of age (DOT requirement).

Physical Ability: Lift/carry 250+ units/day (up to 45 lbs each); Climb in/out of vehicle 40-55 times/day; Work 45-hour weeks, variable hours; Alternately sit, stand, push, pull, and walk all day, with or without reasonable accommodation

Safety & Service Focus: Drive safely, follow DOT documentation, and adhere to safety policies. Maintain professionalism, deliver products on schedule, and keep accurate records. Support the team, and clean water dispensers

Candidates must possess strong English language skills to effectively communicate with customers and provide exceptional service. Proficiency in English is essential for understanding customer needs, resolving inquiries, and collaborating with team members.
