Job Title: Picker / Packer

Location: Elmsford

Job Type: Temporary Full time

Shift: 8:30am - 5:00PM

Pay Rate: [$20/hour]

Job Summary:

Adecco is partnering with a leading tool company to help hire a Picker/Packer to join their warehouse team. This role is responsible for accurately picking products, packing orders, and preparing shipments in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pick products from inventory according to order lists

  • Pack items securely for shipment, ensuring accuracy and quality

  • Label packages and prepare orders for shipping

  • Inspect products for damage or defects

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area

  • Follow safety procedures and warehouse guidelines

  • Meet productivity and accuracy standards

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred

  • Previous warehouse, picking, or packing experience a plus (not required)

  • Basic Computer skills (Netsuite is a plus)

  • Basic math and reading skills

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
