Job Title: Temporary Teller
Here’s how you’ll make an impact
· Assist customers with routine financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, payments, and check cashing.
· Provide excellent customer service by answering basic questions and directing customers to appropriate staff when needed.
· Verify identification, signatures, and account information to ensure accurate and secure transactions.
· Balance cash drawers daily and maintain accurate transaction records.
· Handle cash, checks, and negotiable instruments in compliance with bank policies and procedures.
· Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming teller station.
· Support branch staff with simple administrative tasks as needed.
· Follow security, privacy, and compliance guidelines at all times.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent; no experience required
Required Skills
Moderate reading, writing and grammar skills
Proficient analytical and mathematics skills
Proficient interpersonal relations and communication skills
Ability to operate various office machines
Basic computer skills
Physical Requirements
Proficient eye-hand coordination
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. of coin
Ability to bend, stoop, sit, stand and reach
Visual and auditory skills
Salary: $17.00 hourly
