We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. Job Overview: We are looking for an enthusiastic, Inside Sales Associate (Business Development Associate) to join our team. This is perfect for entry level sales work. You will focus on cold calling and following up on warm leads generated by our marketing team, and passing qualified leads to our sales team. The role also includes data entry, reporting, and analysis of leads. A perfect role if you are driven and enjoy connecting with people. Key Responsibilities: New Business Generation: Make outbound calls to cold and warm leads provided by the marketing team to introduce Eastern Metal Signs and Safety's traffic safety equipment. Objection Handling: Listen to customer needs, address concerns or objections, and gather key information to qualify leads. Lead Qualification: Pass qualified leads and detailed notes to the sales manager or senior sales team for further action. Data Entry: Accurately input lead information, call outcomes, and customer interactions into our CRM system to maintain organized records. Reporting: Weekly reporting on all lead interactions and analysis with marketing/sales team. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales to ensure a smooth handoff of leads Customer Engagement: Build initial relationships with potential clients Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or equivalent; some sales experience would be helpful but no prior sales experience is required. Skills: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional phone presence. Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls (cold and warm). Ability to handle objections and stay positive under pressure. Basic computer skills for data entry and CRM use. Organized, with attention to detail to ensure accurate lead tracking.
