JOB REQUIREMENTS: *The pay rate for this position is \$23.00-\$25.00/hour. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Key Responsibilities: As an Equipment Set Up Technician, your role will be crucial in ensuring our customers receive equipment that\'s ready to roll. Your duties will include: Setting up lawn and turf equipment, ensuring it\'s in perfect working condition. Collaborating with our sales team to prioritize equipment set up and repairs. Performing reel grinding and sharpening for equipment as needed. Conducting routine maintenance to keep our equipment in top shape. Qualifications: We\'re seeking candidates who possess the following qualifications: Strong mechanical aptitude and a passion for equipment maintenance. Ability to diagnose and perform minor repairs on lawn and turf equipment. Must provide and maintain own tools. Ability to pass forklift operator course and drive a forklift.
