TAD PGS, Inc. Steel Structure Technician in Ellsworth Afb, South Dakota
We have an outstanding Contract position for a Steel Structure Technician / Iron Workerto join a leading Company located in theEllsworth AFB, South Dakota surrounding area.
Job Responsibilities:
Working on pre‑engineered metal building structures performing tasks such as:
Installing metal wall and roof panels
Using screw guns to fasten or remove panel screws
Replacing bolts, nuts, and washers on building frames
Installing tek screws to secure sheeting, trim, and insulation
Aligning sheeting panels and clamping them together with screws
Working with purlins, girts, and secondary steel components
Performing repetitive work 30 feet in the air on a scissor lift
Using drills and screw guns to remove, replace, or fasten hardware
This role requires comfort with heights, repetitive tasks, and consistent use of power tools.
Basic Hiring Criteria:
Scissor Lift certification
Forklift certification
Experience operating lifts safely
Familiarity with power tools (drills, screw guns, etc.)
Nice-to-have: OSHA 10 certification
