Aerotek Electrical Assembler Or Machine Builder in Ellenton, Florida

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Pay: $22–$23 per hour

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Inline Systems Electrical Assembler / Machine Builder to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling, wiring, and building automated machinery and inline systems according to electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and specifications. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in quality craftsmanship, and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble and wire electrical panels, control boxes, and machine components

  • Build and integrate inline automation systems from prints and schematics

  • Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and mechanical drawings

  • Install sensors, motors, drives, PLC-related components, and other electrical hardware

  • Perform point-to-point wiring, cable routing, and panel layout

  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic electrical and mechanical issues during build

  • Ensure builds meet quality, safety, and functionality standards

  • Work closely with engineering and production teams to meet project deadlines

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications

  • Experience as an electrical assembler, machine builder, or similar role

  • Strong understanding of industrial electrical components and wiring practices

  • Ability to read and work from electrical schematics and mechanical prints

  • Familiarity with inline systems, automation equipment, or industrial machinery preferred

  • Mechanical aptitude and comfort using hand and power tools

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Ellenton, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00/hr.
