Description Who we are looking for: We are seeking a Project Manager with strong time management skills, a positive attitude, organization, a good work ethic, and the ability to be flexible with duties. This position will be responsible for assisting loan officers with business development activities to sustain and increase production. In addition, you'll need to be able to: Answer all incoming calls and be a first point of contact for all clients both in person and over the phone. Coordinate and prepare reports, analyze data, and identify opportunities. Provide information to clients, realtors, and team members by researching and answering questions and concerns. Assist with marketing responsibilities such as social media, direct mailings, and special projects. Salesforce Data Management, including milestones and special events, email campaigns, and mailing lists. What you'll need to be successful: Success in this job relies on your time management skills, organization, and positive attitude. In addition, you'll need the following qualifications: Microsoft Office Suite and data entry skills are a must. 3 years of recent administrative assistant or business development experience preferred. Must demonstrate outstanding customer service at all times. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be reliable and proactive.
