ABOUT HMGMA:
HMGMA is the abbreviation of Hyundai Motor Group Metaplant America. It is Hyundai Motor Group's first dedicated EV mass-production plant and is an innovative plant with cutting-edge production technology applied.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Develop and/or modify production plans and implement them.
- Analyze demand and forecasting of production.
- Develop daily or weekly production schedules to ensure that production deadlines are met.
- Establish mid- and long-term production plan reflecting production capacity and constraints.
- Monitor and control progress of production.
- Inform other Units of any changes in production plans and update documents accordingly.
- Prepare status and performance reports, and resolve production issues.
- Regularly communicate with other production Units for the sake of information sharing.
- Meet all other requirements as assigned.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE:
- Bachelors degree required (Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering major preferred).
- Experience with Microsoft Office products or equivalent applications.
- Advanced degree in a related field preferred.
- Years of experience from Automotive industry strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
