ABOUT HMGMA:
HMGMA is the abbreviation of Hyundai Motor Group Metaplant America. It is Hyundai Motor Group's first dedicated EV mass-production plant and is an innovative plant with cutting-edge production technology applied.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Perform in-depth analysis of large data sets across multiple variables to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Coordinate yard campaigns with Production and Engineering to improve quality at the point of assembly.
- Investigate customer claims to determine responsibility, countermeasures, containments and clean points for each.
- Investigate real-time quality issues to determine root cause and communicate to responsible parties.
- Coordinate daily FTT Metric Meeting with Assembly Lines and lead improvement efforts.
- Lead training sessions and other improvement exercises with Production Team.
- Complete all other tasks assigned by Leadership team.
- Collaborate with Production Leadership and Engineering to improve quality at the point of assembly..
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.Bachelors degree in an Engineering discipline or equivalent desired.
- Minimum 2 years experiencewith vehicle production required.
- Job-related experience in an engineering/industrial environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
