Shipping & Receiving Associate
Pay: $ 19.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Location: Elkridge (Public Transportation Accessible)
Adecco is assisting with hiring for a Shipping & Receiving Associate in Elkridge, MD. This is a great opportunity for an experienced warehouse professional looking for a steady weekday schedule and a team-oriented environment.
Position Overview
The Shipping & Receiving Associate is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, picking and packing orders, and maintaining accurate inventory records. This role requires attention to detail, efficiency, and experience using RF scanning equipment.
Key Responsibilities
Receive incoming shipments and verify accuracy against purchase orders
Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently
Use RF scanners to track inventory and update system records
Assist with inventory management and cycle counts
Prepare outgoing shipments and ensure proper labeling
Maintain a clean and organized warehouse workspace
Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
Qualifications
2–3 years of warehouse experience required
Experience with shipping & receiving processes
Proficiency using RF scanners
Basic understanding of inventory management systems
Ability to lift up to 40–50 pounds
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Reliable attendance and punctuality

Pay Details: $19.00 per hour
