Center of HEART, LLC Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) in Elkins Park, Pennsylvania
Our agency is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) to join our Outpatient Mental Health agency.
We are committed to delivering high-quality, trauma-informed behavioral health services to children, adolescents, and adults in our community. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative, mission-driven clinical team!
The Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner will provide psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, and medication management services within our outpatient program and support IBHS programming as clinically appropriate. The provider will work collaboratively with therapists, IBHS staff, DDAP staff and leadership to ensure integrated care.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations
- Diagnose mental health and/or co-occurring disorders
- Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications
- Provide ongoing medication management and follow-up
- Collaborate with outpatient therapists and IBHS team members
- Maintain timely and compliant clinical documentation
- Participate in treatment team meetings
- Ensure compliance with DDAP and state regulatory standards
Qualifications
- Current Pennsylvania CRNP license
- Board certification as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) preferred
- DEA certification
- Experience in outpatient behavioral health setting preferred
- Experience working with adolescents/adults with substance use
- Strong documentation and clinical assessment skills
