COMPLETESTAFF Quality Inspector in ELKHORN, Wisconsin
JOB REQUIREMENTS: The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inspecting stainless steel products, a deep understanding of industry-specific requirements, and proficiency in using basic inspection tools and equipment. Quality Inspector Responsibilities: Inspect incoming and production stainless steel products to ensure compliance with food and pharmaceutical industry standards, including ASME BPE specifications (preferred). Utilize basic inspection equipment such as calipers, height gauges, profilometers, and other measuring tools. Accurately read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and product specifications. Conduct visual and dimensional inspections to ensure products meet required tolerances and surface finish criteria. Document inspection results and maintain accurate records of quality checks. Identify and report non-conforming materials or processes to relevant teams for corrective action. Collaborate with production and engineering teams to address quality issues and support continuous improvement efforts. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a quality inspector, preferably with stainless steel products. Proficiency in using inspection equipment (calipers, height gauges, profilometers, etc.). Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
