COMPLETESTAFF Cycle Counter in ELKHORN, Wisconsin
JOB REQUIREMENTS: The Cycle Counter is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records through routine cycle counting and reconciliation of raw materials, work-in-process (WIP), and finished goods within a stainless-steel manufacturing facility. Cycle Counter Key Responsibilities: Perform daily and scheduled cycle counts of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods Investigate, analyze, and reconcile inventory discrepancies Accurately record count results in the ERP/MRP system Coordinate with Production, Quality, Purchasing, and Shipping to resolve inventory variances Ensure proper identification, labeling, and traceability of materials (heats, lots, serials, etc.) Support compliance with GMP, FDA, and industry-specific quality standards Assist with physical inventories and audits (internal and external) Verify inventory transactions including receipts, transfers, adjustments, and shipments ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: 2+ years of experience in inventory control, cycle counting, or materials management in a manufacturing environment Experience working with ERP/MRP systems Basic math skills and ability to interpret inventory data Ability to read and understand work orders, bills of material, and material certifications Experience in food, beverage, pharmaceutical, or regulated manufacturing environments Knowledge of GMP, FDA, ISO, or ASME standards Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification Experience with continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, 5S) ***** APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: Apply In Person: CompleteStaff 33.
