LAKE STREET CAFE INC Line Cook in ELKHART LAKE, Wisconsin
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Prepare and cook high-quality food items according to Lake Street Caf\'s established recipes and presentation standards. Execute food preparation and line duties on the hot or cold side of the kitchen as assigned, supporting both daily service and catering events. Follow direction from the Head Chef and Kitchen Supervisor to ensure consistency and efficiency in all dishes. Maintain proper portioning, handling, labeling, and storage of ingredients in compliance with health and safety regulations. Keep workstations clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout service, and assist in closing duties to maintain kitchen standards. Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and timely service. Requirements: Requires 6 months of verified experience in culinary services, including work as a chef, cook, pastry, or fine dining professional. Must be able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive motions such as chopping and stirring.
