Job Title: PCB Assembler / Technician & Wire Harness Assembler
Location: Elkhart, IN
Starting Pay: $16.00/hour (PCB) | $15.30/hour+ (Wire Harness)
Schedule:
Monday – Thursday: 5:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Friday: 5:00 AM – 9:00 AM

About Us:
We’re hiring skilled PCB Assemblers/Technicians and Wire Harness Assemblers to join our Elkhart team. Both roles offer a clean, climate-controlled, sit-down work environment, consistent weekday hours, and a friendly team culture.
Position 1: PCB Assembler / Technician
Responsibilities:
Solder and assemble PCB components (through-hole & surface mount)
Inspect and test PCBs for defects and proper operation
Troubleshoot and repair faulty boards
Read and interpret PCB schematics and assembly drawings
Maintain a clean, organized workspace
Requirements:
Experience with PCB assembly or testing
Knowledge of soldering techniques and tools
Ability to read schematics and assembly drawings
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Preferred:
Experience with wire harness integration
Familiarity with quality control procedures in electronics manufacturing
Starting Pay: $16.00/hour
Position 2: Wire Harness Assembler
Responsibilities:
Cut, strip, and prepare wires to specific lengths
Crimp terminals and connectors using hand tools or machines
Solder connections as needed
Assemble wires into harnesses using connectors and layout boards
Read and follow assembly instructions and wire schematics
Inspect completed assemblies for accuracy and quality
Requirements:
Previous wire harness experience required
Familiarity with crimping, soldering, and wire prep tools
Ability to sit for extended periods
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
Preferred:
- Experience with Komax machines
Starting Pay: $16.00/hour (depending on experience)
