ManpowerGroup Material Handler in Elkhart, Indiana
Our client, a growing foam manufacturing facility is seeking a Material Handler to join their team. As a Material Handler, you will be part of the production department supporting the movement and organization of materials and finished products. The ideal candidate will demonstrate dependability, safety-mindedness, and strong organizational skills which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Material Handler
Location: Elkhart, IN
Pay Range:
Shift: 1st Shift: 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM; 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM (Monday – Thursday)
What's the Job?
Move raw materials, components, and finished products to and from production areas
Stage and organize materials for assembly or shipping
Load and unload trucks or containers as needed
Assist with inventory tracking and stock organization
Operate forklifts or other material handling equipment (training provided if needed)
What's Needed?
Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred
Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy materials safely
Comfortable operating material handling equipment
Strong attention to detail and organization
Reliable attendance and steady work history

Shift-specific starting wages: $16.00 – $17.00 per hour
