ManpowerGroup Machine Operator in Elkhart, Indiana
Our client, a leading foam manufacturing facility, is seeking dedicated Saw Operators to join their production team. As a Saw Operator, you will be an essential part of the manufacturing process, supporting the cutting and quality assurance of foam materials. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully within the organization.
Job Title: Machine Operator (Saw Operators)
Location: Elkhart, IN
Pay Range:
Shift: 1st Shift: 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM; 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM (Monday – Thursday)
What's the Job?
Operate industrial saw equipment to cut foam materials accurately according to specifications
Measure and mark foam materials to ensure precise cuts
Inspect finished cuts for quality and accuracy
Maintain and report any mechanical issues with equipment
Follow all safety procedures and keep the work area clean and organized
What's Needed?
Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
Ability to read a tape measure accurately
Comfortable standing for extended periods
Strong attention to detail and reliability
Ability to lift and move materials as needed

Operar equipos industriales de sierra para cortar materiales de espuma con precisión según las especificaciones
Medir y marcar los materiales de espuma para garantizar cortes precisos
Inspeccionar los cortes terminados en busca de calidad y precisión
Mantener y reportar cualquier problema mecánico con el equipo
Seguir todos los procedimientos de seguridad y mantener el área de trabajo limpia y organizada
¿Qué se necesita?
Experiencia previa en fabricación o operación de maquinaria preferida
Capacidad para leer una cinta métrica con precisión
Comodidad para estar de pie durante períodos prolongados
Gran atención al detalle y confiabilidad
Capacidad para levantar y mover materiales según sea necesario
