Description
On behalf of our client we are looking for an experienced Customer Service Manager to lead and manage our customer service operations in Elkhart, Indiana. This role involves overseeing a team of service experts, driving process improvements, and ensuring exceptional experiences for both customers and employees. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, operational expertise, and a passion for delivering outstanding service.
Compensation: $60k-$80k + 10% bonus
Monday-Friday Onsite
8:00am-5:00pm

Responsibilities:
• Supervise and guide the customer service team of 10-15 people. including hiring, training, scheduling, and conducting performance evaluations
• Call center experience
• Foster a collaborative and high-performing team.
• Oversee daily customer service operations.
• Identify and address operational challenges.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Provide administrative support to the District Manager.
• Recommend and implement process improvements.
Requirements • Proven experience in customer service leadership, preferably in a high-volume environment.
• Strong organizational and people management skills, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
• Ability to foster a positive team environment and drive employee engagement.
• Proficiency in managing customer accounts and resolving escalated issues.
• Familiarity with call center operations, metrics, and best practices.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and problem-solving.
• Experience with operational systems and process improvement initiatives.
