Job Overview

A growing manufacturing company in Elkhart is hiring for an Assembly - Glue Operator for 2nd shift to support assembly and glue operations on the production line. This role focuses on working with foam products, assisting with adhesive application, and helping ensure quality output.

What You’ll Do

  • Perform assembly and glue application on foam products

  • Assist with production line operations and material handling

  • Operate and support glue equipment safely

  • Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met

  • Keep work area clean and organized

  • Follow all safety guidelines and production procedures

  • Work with team members to meet daily goals

What We’re Looking For

  • Ability to read a tape measure (test required)

  • Comfortable standing for long periods and doing repetitive tasks

  • Strong attendance and reliability

  • Foam or adhesive experience is a plus, but not required
