Job Title: Warehouse Associate
Job Description
The Warehouse Associate plays a crucial role in accurately picking, preparing, and staging customer orders for shipment. This position requires the use of RF scanners and warehouse systems, performing basic computer tasks in NetSuite, and handling inventory and palletized freight. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of prioritizing tasks based on order urgency.
Responsibilities
Accurately pick, prepare, and stage customer orders for shipment.
Utilize RF scanners and warehouse systems for inventory management.
Perform basic computer tasks using NetSuite.
Handle inventory and palletized freight efficiently.
Prioritize tasks effectively based on order urgency.
Essential Skills
Strong attention to detail for ensuring order accuracy.
Experience with forklift operation (sit-down and stand-up preferred).
Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Effective time management and organizational skills.
Basic data entry and computer literacy.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with inventory control, picking, packing, and material handling.
Proficiency in using RF scanners and pallet jacks.
Knowledge of shipping and receiving processes.

Work Environment
The work takes place in a distribution center within a smaller team. The position operates during the 1st shift: 7 am - 4 pm, Monday to Friday, with a 1-hour lunch break.

This is a Permanent position based out of Elk River, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
