Actalent Medical Lab Assistant in Elk Grove Village, Illinois
Title: Lab Assistant
Respinsbilites
Receive and quarantine all specimen packages
Open and sort specimen
Check specimens for acceptance criteria
Separate and properly code all non-testable specimens
Enter and verify all specimen information into lab information system
Receive and log in any deliveries of laboratory supplies
Assist in manual entry and verification of laboratory results

Good Attention to detail
Comfort level with handling sensitive samples
High comfort level with using computers and software systems
Ability to read, write, and speak English
BS Degree in Sciences

This is a Contract position based out of Elk Grove Village, IL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
